How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen, tap Edit > Add Widget, search for FineCal, pick a size and tap Add Widget.

The widget shows no events

Open FineCal once and allow access to Calendars and Reminders. If you declined before, turn it on in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars (and Reminders) > FineCal, choosing Full Access.

How do I add an event or a to-do?

Tap any date in the calendar and the quick-add sheet opens with the keyboard ready. Choose Event or To-Do, type a title and tap ✓. To-dos are saved to Apple Reminders, so they also show up in the Reminders app and can be checked off from the widget. Prefer selecting dates first? Settings > Adding > Select, Then Tap +.

How do I see my Google Calendar?

Two ways: in FineCal, go to Settings > Calendar Accounts > Sign in with Google; or add your Google account in iPhone Settings > Apps > Calendar > Calendar Accounts. Either way your Google calendars appear in FineCal and its widgets. Your password is only ever entered on Google’s page.

How do I remove ads?

Restore a purchase

In FineCal, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > FineCal Pro > Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid being charged. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
